These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Triad Tactics website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is a non-commercial community website for players of the Arma video game. It exists solely to support participation in the community and is not offered as a source of factual or professional information.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the current version of the Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Video game context and non-endorsement

The Site relates to a video game community centered on Arma. Any references to military themes are part of a fictional or historical gameplay setting. The Site does not endorse, glorify, or promote real-world violence, armed conflict, political extremism, or any real military activity.

4. User content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for any text, images, files, links, or other materials you submit or publish on the Site (“User Content”). The Site administration does not review or pre-approve all User Content and does not assume liability for it.

  • You bear full legal responsibility for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.
  • You must ensure your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not mislead others.
  • You must obtain all necessary rights and permissions to publish your User Content.
  • You are responsible for understanding how your content may be interpreted and for avoiding harmful, extremist, or unlawful implications.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to upload, publish, or transmit any content or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with the nature of the Site. This includes, without limitation:

  • Content that promotes or supports terrorism, extremist ideology, hate groups, or violent organizations.
  • Content that incites violence, discrimination, harassment, or threats against any person or group.
  • Content that references or depicts real-world conflicts in a way that glorifies, justifies, or advocates participation in such conflicts.
  • Illegal content, including instructions for illegal acts, weapons trafficking, or evasion of law enforcement.
  • Personal data disclosure, doxxing, or invasions of privacy.
  • Impersonation, misrepresentation of identity, or false affiliation claims.
  • Malware, phishing, automated scraping, or attempts to disrupt Site security or availability.
  • Advertising or commercial solicitation without prior written permission from the Site administration.
  • Any content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

6. Extremism, propaganda, and reputational risk

Because the Site relates to military simulation, you must not post content that could reasonably associate the Site, its administrators, or community with extremist ideology, propaganda, or real-world armed conflict. Any such association is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of content and suspension of access.

7. Moderation and enforcement

The administration may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts at its discretion, without prior notice, if it believes content violates these Terms or creates legal, reputational, or safety risks for the community or Site.

8. License to user content

By submitting User Content, you grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, moderating, and improving the Site. You retain ownership of your User Content.

9. Intellectual property

All Site design, branding, and original materials are owned by Triad Tactics or its contributors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site materials without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal exposure arising from User Content or your reliance on Site information.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when published on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
